Age: 35 Years

Educational and other qualification:

Essential

(1) MBBS Degree from a recognized University
(2) One year experience in a Hospital after completion of internship of one year

Desirable: A post graduate Medical degree from a recognized University

The eligible candidates may send their application along with following details:

(1) Copies of MBBS marks sheets
(2) Duration of MBBS course undergone by the applicant
(3) Copies of Provisional certificate as well as final MBBS degree certificate
(4) Number of failure in subjects during MBBS course
(5) Copy of CRRI certificate
(6) Copy of plus 2 mark sheet for proof of Date of Birth
(7) Copy of certificates of post CRRI house job, if any
