He/she should have some experience in conducting migration surveys and analysis of survey data and writing study reports.

Programme Officer:
For the Research Unit on Local Self Governments sponsored by the Government of Kerala. The candidate should be PhD in Economics/Statistics, Sociology or any related discipline with some experience in conducting research on decentralisation and local governments. More specifically, we are looking for a person who is familiar with local government statistics, and with expertise in building up a data management system on local governments and experience in organizing field research.
