Applications are invited for the following post in the project entitled “New Developments in Stochastic Epidemic Models” sponsored by the UGC sanctioned to Dr. Gani Shrishail. R. and to be implemented in the Department of Statistics, Karnatak Arts College, Dharwad – 580 001.

1. Number of Project Fellow : One.

2. Qualification : Master’s Degree in Statistics with minimum of 55% of Marks.

3. Duration : 3 years or up to the termination of the project.

4. Fellowship: Rs. 8,000/- per month (Fixed)

5. Appointment is purely temporary and would be terminated after 3 years or after the termination of the project.

Applications with all relevant details on a plain paper, giving their Bio-data and copies of attested marks cards should reach undersigned on or before 3rd October, 2009. Preference will be given to NET/SLET qualified candidates. Candidates are requested to appear for the interview on 5th October, 2009 at 3pm in the chamber of Principal, Kanatak Arts College, Dharwad. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.
