A walk in interview, will be held on 10.02.2011 at 10.00 AM in Room No. 1, Division of Microbiology, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-110012 (Tel No. 011-25847649) for filling up the following temporary positions
Senior Research Fellow (2 post) in NFBSFARA funded project entitled ‘Increasing the efficiency of microbial production of bioethanol from agricultural biomass’
Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology with specialization in Industrial Microbiology
Desirable Qualifications for post 1: Research experience in enzymes purification and characterization, knowledge of analytical techniques including GC/HPLC
Desirable Qualifications for post 2: Research experience in biochemical and molecular characterization of bacteria, metagenomics, knowledge of computer and bioinformatics tools.
Remuneration: Rs. 16000/- per month +HRA as applicable
