Advertisement for the appointment of Research Fellow
Applications are invited on plain paper from suitable candidate for the post of Research Fellow to work on UGC-DAE CSR, Kolkata sponsored research project entitled “Magnetic Rotational bands crossing and role of the proton and neutron orbital in magnetic rotation (MR) phenomena near A=135” under the supervision of Dr. Suresh Kumar, Department of Physics and Astrophysics, University of Delhi, Delhi-110 007. The candidate must have completed M.Sc. in Physics with minimum of 55% marks and experience in Experimental Nuclear Physics research. The candidate will be paid Rs. 8000/- p.m. + HRA and will have to work as full-time fellow of the project. The project is valid for three years (or till expiry whichever is earlier). Preference will be given to NET qualified candidates. Interested candidates are encouraged to send the application to the undersigned along with CV through by e-mail. The applications should reach the undersigned latest by November 23, 2009.

Studentship: Applicants who are pursuing Post Graduate Degree course/Diploma in Bioinformatics/ Biomedical Sciences /Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Chemistry/ Biochemistry with a programme in Bioinformatics to carry out the project.
Traineeship: Applicants who have completed their Post Graduate degree in Bioinformatics /Biomedical Sciences/Biotechnology/Life Sciences/Chemistry/Biochemistry or any other branch of Life Sciences with knowledge in Bioinformatics
