The Vinod Gupta School of Management at IIT Kharagpur is a unique B-school in the education landscape of India. Not only did it pioneer the concept of an MBA program inside a engineering college but it was also the first to develop a model of a public-private partnership in education by creating a framework for using alumni donations to introduce new facilities in a Government institution.
VGSOM intends to appoint Academics Associates to assist faculty members with teaching in various academic programs offered by the school and to support faculty members in academic tasks and related work that includes but is not restricted to research, case development, preparation of study materials, seminars, management development programs and all other related tasks performed by faculty.
Associates will be eligible to pursue MS and PhD programs in the School subject to meeting academic requirements and procedures specified as per Institute rules.
Minimum Qualifications : Post Graduate or equivalent with minimum 60% marks in Management, Social Sciences (preferably Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Commerce), Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science / Information Technology.
