Filling Up Of One Post Of Junior Auditor On Contract Basis

Applications are invited from the retired Junior Auditors/Section Officer of Local Audit Department Chandigarh Administration/Punjab Government/Haryana Government having at least ten years of experience as Junior Auditor/Section Officer in the LAD for filling up one post of Junior Auditor in the Local Audit Department, Chandigarh Administration on contract basis on the following terms and conditions :-

Age should be between 58 to 62 years.

Appointment will be initially for six months extendable upto one year with one day break after six months as per approval of competent authority or till such time the post is filled up on regular basis or till the date of attaining the
age of 62 years, whichever is earlier.

Remuneration: Last pay drawn minus pension or fixed emoluments of Rs. 21100/- per month, which ever is less.

Any how the competent authority reserves rights to dispense with the service of any official deployed on contract basis any time without notice. The official intending to quit/leave this assignment, will do so after one month prior notice.

Research Associate

Salary: PB-3 Rs 15,000-39,100 with minimum pay of Rs 30,000 with Grade pay of Rs 8,000 + allowances. After Completion of 3 years’ service in PB-3 they will be placed in PB-4 Rs 37,400-67,000 with Grade pay of Rs 9,000 + allowances.

Associate Professor/Professor

Eligibility Conditions : Ph.D. degree in any of the relevant subjects and consistently strong academic record.

For Associate Professor: 6 years’ Research and/or Teaching experience at the level of Assistant Professor;

For Professor 12 years’ research and teaching experience of which at least 6 years should be at the level of Associate Professor (relaxable in exceptional cases).

Salary: For Associate Professor: PB-4 Rs 37,400-67,000 with minimum Pay Rs 42,800 with Grade pay of Rs 9,500 + allowances.

For Professor: PB-4 Rs 37,400-67000 with minimum pay Rs 48,000 with Grade pay of Rs 10,500 + allowances
