"Officers of the Central, State Govt., U.T. Administration or Central Statutory Bodies/ Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on regular basis or at least 8 years of regular service in the Pay Scale of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- or 5 years of regular service in the Pay Scale of Rs.9300-34800/Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- or equivalent and having experience in Administration & Establishment matters and also preferably in accounts. Officers having M.B.A. or Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference."

Neurology
A postgraduate qualification e.g. D.M. (Neurology) of an Indian University or an equivalent degree recognised as such by the Medical Council of India.
Experience : 1 year teaching and/or research experience in a recognised Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M.
Note: For candidates with DM degree of 3 years duration, no experience is required.
Paediatric Gastroenterology
A postgraduate qualification e.g. D.M. (Neurology) of an Indian University or an equivalent degree recognised as such by the Medical Council of India.
Experience : 1 year teaching and/or research experience in a recognised Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M.
Note: For candidates with DM degree of 3 years duration, no experience is required.
Transfusion Medicine
A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD Transfusion Medicine OR MD Pathology with two years training in Blood Transfusion/Banking of an Indian University or an equivalent degree recognised as such by the Medical Council of India.
Experience : 3 years teaching and/or research experience in a recognised Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D.
Hospital Administration
A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or its recognized qualification equivalent thereto, in any of medical discipline OR Master's degree in Hospital Administration or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
Experience : 3 years teaching and/or research experience in a recognised Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS.
