Pay Scale: Professor: Pay Band 4 (`37400-67000) with the minimum pay of `51600/- and Academic Grade Pay of `10500/- + NPA

Associate Professor: Pay Band 4 (`37400-67000) subject to minimum Pay being `42800/- and Academic Grade Pay `9000/- + NPA

Assistant Professor: Pay Band 3 (`15600-39100); minimum Pay to be fixed at `30000/- with Academic Grade Pay of `8000/- + NPA (No

Medical Faculty – No NPA) (Plus other allowances as admissible under Govt. of India Rules) Age: Not exceeding 50 years (as on 28.06.2013)

General Information:

1 Applicants already in employment in Government/Semi-Government/Corporate Bodies should route their applications through their employers or produce No Objection Certificate (NOC).

2 In case applicants willing to join the Institute on deputation he/she may also apply accordingly. The qualification & experience for the applicant willing to join the Institute on deputation will be: persons working in analogous post or post one level below shall be eligible for consideration provided they fulfil the requisite qualification & experience prescribed for direct recruit. The period of deputation shall ordinarily not exceed 3 (three) years at a time. The pay of the Faculty Members will be protected as per Govt. of India Rules. Upper age limit for candidate willing to come on deputation should not exceed 56 years as on 28.06.2013.

3 Applicants are required to ensure their eligibility in all respects before applying.

4 Mere fulfilling the minimum educational qualification and experience doesn’t bestow right to a candidate to be called for interview.
