1. Deputy General Manager(HR)

Scale of Pay : Rs.17500-400-22300

Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration (full time MBA) with first class or equivalent, with specialization in HR or Personnel Management/Administration, from a reputed Institute Graduation in Law (LLB) shall be considered as desirable additional qualification.

Experience : Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in the managerial cadre in the field of Human Resources Management & Development in reputed and well established organizations, out of which minimum 3 years should be in senior managerial positions.

2. Deputy General Manager (Commercial)

No. of posts : 1

Scale of Pay : Rs.17500-400-22300

Qualification : MBA with first class or equivalent with specialization in Marketing / International Business/ Finance (Full time course) from a reputed institute

or

Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India /Cost and Works Accountants of India. Graduation in Law (LLB) shall be considered as desirable additional qualification.

Experience : Minimum 12 years of post qualification experience in the managerial cadre in business development and commercial activities in the Commercial/Retail/Marketing wing of reputed and well established organizations, out of which minimum 3 years should be in senior managerial positions.
