Applications are invited for one temporary position of Junior Research Fellow for the DBT, India sponsored project entitled, “Study on Iron III (Salen) and Iron III (Porphyrin) complexes as anti-tumor metallo-drugs” in the School of Chemical Sciences, NISER.
Duration: Initially for a period of one year (likely to be extended for another one year).
Qualification: 60% in M. Sc or equivalent degree in Chemistry OR Applied Chemistry OR Biotechnology. Candidates should have qualified the CSIR-UGC JRF / LS (NET) / GATE or equivalent examination valid for the current year in the relevant area of research.
Experience: Experience in mammalian cell culture is desirable.
Age: 28 years as on 18/01/2012, age relaxation to entitled categories as per DBT rules.
Salary: `12,000/- p.m. + HRA (as per DBT norms)
