National Brain Research Centre (NBRC), Manesar, is the apex co-ordinating body for research in Neuroscience with the objective of undertaking basic research towards understanding brain structure and function in health and disease. Murali Manohar, Reader, Department of English, University of Hyderabad.
The project Fellow will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. He / She will be expected to travel villages, temples, libraries, Institutions across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamilnadu with handycam in order shoot and make note of the details. He /She is also expected to read, summarize materials, distribute questionnaires and get back the filled questionnaires, analyze them, help the PI to consolidate the materials and finally help in bringing the project outcome in a book form.
The aspiring Project Fellow should have any Post-Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) in the subject concerned. The age should be below 40 years at the time of appointment. The fellow will be entitled to leave for a maximum period of 30 days/year in addition to general holidays. The remuneration is a consolidated salary of Rs. 8000/- p.m.
