This has reference to our Employment Notification published in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar dated 9-15 May, 2009 as well as in the Bank’s website calling for Applications from Indian Citizens to fill up total 261 vacancies in different Specialist Officers posts including 50 vacancies in the posts of Chartered Accountant in MMGS II and 25 vacancies in the posts of Chartered Accountant in MMGS III.
In this connection, applications are further invited from eligible candidates to fill up aforesaid notified vacancies in the posts of Chartered Accountant, who fulfill the Eligibility Criteria and other details as published in the aforesaid Employment Notification except that the upper age limit for the posts of Chartered Accountant in Scale II and Scale III is raised from 35 years to 40 years (with further relaxation in the upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per Govt. of India guidelines). National Institute of Securities Markets
Recruitment for the Position of Registrar
National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) is an Institute established by Securities and Exchange Board of India to build human resource capacity for securities markets. It is involved in teaching, research, certification, financial literacy and advisory services in the securities markets. It is currenting operating from Vashi and is in the process of constructing a campus at Patalganga in Maharstra. It invites applications from Indian citizens for the position of REGISTRAR.
The appointment will be on contract for a period of three years or till the incumbent attains the age of 62 years, whichever is earlier. The details of appointment are as under:
1. Salary: PB Rs.37,400-67,000 + Grade Pay Rs.10,000/-, i.e., as applicable to Registrar of IITs. However, this is under revision. Besides the pay and allowances, other benefits are admissible as per Institute Rules.
2. Job Description: The Registrar shall assist the Director in all administrative, secretarial, accounting, financial and all in-house matters. Among other things, (s)he is custodian of records, funds, property and the common seal of NISM. (S)he is the Secretary to the Board of Governors and the Academic Council. (S)he conducts all official correspondence on behalf of the Institute.
4. Qualification: MBA/MMS with specialisation in Finance / CA / CS /CFA / CWA / LLB / Post Graduation in Economics, Finance or any other discipline which in the opinion of the Institute is useful, from a recognised University / Institution.
5. Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in dealing with problems relating to securities market or academic administration, of which at least 8 years should be in the grade of Deputy Registrar, Associate Professor or Vice-President.
6. General information
a. Mode of Selection shall be Interview. The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit, on the basis of higher qualification(s) and relevant experience prescribed.
b. The Institute also reserves the right of rejecting any or all the applications without assigning any reasons therefor.
c. The decision of the Institute in all matters would be final and binding, and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained.
