Only online registered application forms will be entertained i.e. applications sent by post / in person will not be entertained.

Before filling up the online application form the candidate should get the Bank Demand Draft (Not applicable for ExService Man Self/SC(R&O)ExService Man Self/SC(M&B)ExService Man Self/BC ExService Man Self) of appropriate application fee amount as per his/her category as mentioned in the Advertisement published in news papers.

Fill up the online application form and carefully check all details filled thoroughly before submitting. C-DAC will not be responsible for any incorrect /wrong entries filled by the candidate and he/she shall be responsible for any consequences on this account.

Every successful registration will be allotted the Registration number & Password (keep secret) printed on the acknowledgement slip containing other details filled by the candidate.

After successful submission of online application form, candidate is required to take out the print,

Affix a passport size photograph at the space provided and get it attested from a gazetted officer.

Photocopy of the print out of registration form along with the original demend draft of appropriate application fee amount must be sent through Registered/speed post/in person to C-DAC Mohali, A-34, Phase VIII, Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab, that should reach on or before October 13, 2009 by 5:00 pm.
