Essential qualifications & experience

A basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register;

DM/M.Ch (03 years) or DM/M.Ch (02 years) with one year teaching experience in the concerned speciality or equivalent from a recognized Medical College/ Teaching Institution.

Three year's teaching experience in the concerned speciality as Resident / Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor in a recognized Medical College / Teaching Institution.

Consolidated (Fixed Emoluments):

The Medical Faculty Staff appointed on contractual basis will be paid the following consolidated contractual emoluments per month in pursuance of instructions issued by Department of Personnel, Chandigarh Administration: - Rs.70,300/-
