Applications received after the closing date OR NOT accompanied by the examination fee (wherever applicable) OR incomplete in any respects shall be summarily rejected and no communication shall be entertained from any of the candidates in this regard. Fees once paid shall NOT be refunded. IGNOU shall not be responsible for any postal delay/loss.

The applicants would be provisionally issued an Admit Card for appearing in the examination on the basis of the information furnished by them in their Application Form. The candidature of the applicants shall be provisional subject to subsequent verification
