Visva Bharati, a Central University and an “institution of national importance” invites application for the following post.

Post. : Registrar, Visva-Bharati.

Pay Scale : PB-4, Rs. 37,400-67,000 with Grade P ay Rs.10,000

Prescribed application form will be made available by post (against written request to ‘Registrar’s Office, Visva-Bharati, P.O.-Santiniketan, Pin- 731235’) if a candidate sends a self addressed and stamped (Rs 15) envelope (size 11 cm X 26 cm) along with an a/c payee Demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Santiniketan branch (2121), in favour of Accounts Officer, Visva-Bharati towards application fee as detailed below:

Application fee (non refundable) :

A. Rs. 400 for un-reserved/ OBC category candidates.
B. Rs. 100 for SC/ST candidates.
C. ‘Nil’ for physically handicapped candidates (40% or above).

Attested copies of certificates issued by appropriate authorities are to be submitted for exemptions.

Last date for submission of filled -in application forms is 15th June, 2012 ( before 5.00 p.m.)

Medical Officer

Number of Posts: Four (Male Three & Female One)

Qualification and Experience: MBBS with Compulsory Rotatary Internship with experience of three years in a recognized Hospital or PG Diploma in relevant branch of Medicine with experience of one year in a recognized or MD in concerned branch of Medicine.

Remuneration: Rs. 35,000-40,000/- per month (Consolidated).

Duty Hours: In shift.

Medical Officer (Homeopathy)

Number of Post: One

Qualification and Experience: BHMS plus three years experience in a recognized Hospital OR MD (Hom) three years regular course and Enrolment in State or Central Register of Homeopathy.

Remuneration: Rs. 700-1000/- per visit.

Health Assistant

Number of Post: One

Qualification and Experience: High school from any recognized board of education. Preference will be given to the candidate having relevant experience at recognized Health Center.

Remuneration: Rs. 12,000-18,000/- per month.
