A Walk-in-Interview will be held for one position of Junior Research Fellow purely on temporary basis in a CCRUM-sponsored Project entitled “Multiplication and Upgradation of Some Prioritized Medicinal Plants Used in Unani System of Medicine” on 29th August, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Office of the Head, Department of Botany, Faculty of Science.

Eligibility: M.Sc. Botany
Stipend: Rs. 12000/- p.m. + HRA

The research project is based on growing medicinal crops in Herbal Garden/Polyhouse. The project will involve a combination of field work and lab based physiological and phytochemical studies.

Interested candidates may attend the walk-in-interview with the detailed biodata alongwith attested copies of testimonials/certificates. The appointment will be initially for a period of one year with the provision of further continuation subject to satisfactory performance, for a maximum period of three years or the duration of the project whichever is earlier. No TA/DA will be admissible.
