Qualification & Experience: Applicants should be post-graduates in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with a degree/diploma in management or a post-graduate in management from a reputed University/Institute as a full time student. Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years experience in senior administrative positions. Candidates working in Government/Autonomous organizations should have spent at least five years in the pre-revised scale of Rs.12000-375-16500 or above. Excellent organizing skills, high performance orientation and ability to make continuous systemic improvements would be preferred attributes.
