Appointment on Contract Basis

Applications are invited for filling up the following posts on contractual basis for working as Meter Reader and Bill Distributor under DS circle Gurdaspur

Meter Reader

No. of Post (Approximately) 10

Qualification: Matriculate with ITI in the trade of Lineman / Electrician / Wireman with National Trade Certificate or National Apprenticeship certificate and Punjabi with Matric Level

Age: Age as per instructions of Govt. of Punjab / Punjab State Power Corp Limited

Salary: Meter Readers employed on contract basis will be paid @ Rs. 350/- per meter reading in rural area and Rs. 2.50 per meter reading in urban area

Bill Distributor

No. of Post (Approximately) 25

Qualification: The candidate should have passed Matric level Examination (with Punjabi Pass)

Age: Age per instructions of Govt. of Punjab / Punjab State Power Corp Limited

Salary: Bill distributor employed on contract basis will be paid @ Rs. 2.50 per bill for distribution in rural area and Rs. 1.50 per Bill in urban area
