Applications are invited for the assignment of Research Associate (1 post) in the Department of Biotechnology, University of Pune, Pune 411 007.

Qualification: Candidates with Ph. D. or equivalent degree in Biotechnology / Zoology / Botany / Biochemistry / Computer Science/ Physics / Chemistry / Microbiology / Biological Sciences / Statistics / Biophysics can apply.

Experience in Animal Cell Culture / Nucleic Acids Biochemistry / Molecular Biology / Genetic Engineering / Biochemistry / Immunology /Virology / Microbiology is desirable. Higher start is possible for candidates with post-doctoral experience and or professional experience as per rules. The post is temporary for one year and is likely to be continued further, depending on the availability of funds.

Fellowship: Rs. 16,000 /- p. m. + HRA as per rules including revision taking place from time to time.

Qualification required: Good academic records with First Class in M. Tech / M.Sc. in the branch of Electronics or Physics or Computer Science with competent background knowledge in the Physics of Semiconductor Devices and process integration.

Emoluments: Comensurate with the selected candidates qualification and experience as per University norms.
