The official export inspection and certification body of India established under Export (Quality Control & Inspection) Act, 1963 under Ministry of Commerce & Industry, needs professionals for appointment in Export Inspection Agencies having Head Offices at Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Chennai and Kolkata with a net work of 36 Sub-Offices including laboratories for the posts as mentioned below.

Assistant Director (Tech) - 10 posts

Technical Officer - 9 posts

Jr. Scientific Assistant

Senior Accounts Officer

Assistant Director (Non-Technical)

HOW TO APPLY

The Candidates fulfilling the above requirements may send their applications through post/courier/hand delivery in the prescribed format along with application fee of Rs.500/-- by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of ‘Export Inspection Council of India’ payable at New Delhi. The application be sent to the Additional Director, Export Inspection Council of India, 3rd Floor, NDYMCA Cultural Centre Building, 1 Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110 001 so as to reach this office latest by 15 Jan 2010 by 1500 hrs. Any transit delay of the application shall not be the responsibility of this office.

Candidates should have working knowledge of computers and should be comfortable with computer friendly environment
