Walk-in Interview for selection of Project Fellows

A walk-in interview will be held in the Meeting Room of the Department of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta, 92 A.P.C. Road, Kolkata – 700 009, on Saturday, September 5, 2009 at 11:00 AM for the position of research fellows on purely temporary basis, initially for one year that may be extended up to a maximum period of 3 years to work in the project entitled “Design and Implementation of Micro-fluidic Chip for Bio-Medical Applications”, funded by the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC) at the Centre for Research in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, C. U., under the supervision of Prof. S. Sen, C. U. Principal Investigator (PI) of the project.

Qualification required: Good academic records with First Class in M. Tech / M.Sc. in the branch of Electronics or Physics or Computer Science with competent background knowledge in the Physics of Semiconductor Devices and process integration.

Emoluments: Comensurate with the selected candidates qualification and experience as per University norms.

Candidates are requested to attend the interview with two sets of Applications furnishing Biodata on plain paper with attested copies of testimonials. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview.
