Indian Medicines Pharmaceutical Corporation Limited (IMPCL), ‘MINI RATNA’ Government of India Enterprise under the Administrative control of Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare entrusted with responsibility of production and supply of standard Ayurvedic and Unani Medicines.

The Company is growing and is currently undergoing further modernization and expansion programme. To ensure the anticipated growth, the Company needs highly motivated person for the following post:

Scale of Pay: Rs.17500-400-22300 (Industrial D.A. Pattern)(Pre-revised)

Qualification and Experience: Candidates must be minimum B.Pharma with 25 years of experience or M.Pharma with 20 years of experience, out of which 5 years as Head of Deptt. managing the production/shop floor. Post Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Management is desirable. Should have techno Commercial background with thorough knowledge of GMP,WHO-GMP. Should be able to interact with Unions/Association to maintain good, productive industrial harmony.

Job: This is a very senior Management level position and will be reporting directly to Managing Director. Overall in-charge of Production, Packaging & Store functions of the Company. In addition to Production and Operational activities he/she will also be In-charge of all the wings of engineering, Purchase, Industrial Relations, Administration, PPC, Q.C. and other allied functions

Age: Not more than 50 years.

Reservation: As per rules.

Allowances: IDA/VDA, HRA, EPF, Gratuity etc. and other benefits will be as per rules of the Company.

Relaxation in Age limit: Age limit for SCs/STs/OBCs/PHs etc. will be relaxable as per rules/Government rules
