Location : Kolkata

Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Social Welfare from a recognized University/Institute. A Degree in Law is preferable.

Experience: Having 15 years experience out of which 7 years in senior position in Personnel/Industrial Relation functions in a large industrial undertaking preferably in PSU..

Age limit: Not exceeding 50 yrs (Age relaxation by 5 years for SC / ST)
Scale of Pay: Rs. 16,000 - 400 - 20,800/- or Rs. 14,500 - 350 - 18,700/-
Gross Min.: Rs. 44,356/- or Rs. 40,507/-
