The Front Office Assistant will manage the front desk and reception counter of the institute. General duties include answering visitor inquiries about the institute, directing visitors to appropriate contacts, sorting mail, answering incoming calls, and arranging appointments for guests to meet with institute staff. A detailed job description is given below.

Essential Qualifications

A degree from a recognized university and at least two years experience in a similar job in reputed organizations.

Excellent fluency and writing skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.

Pay and allowances

The position will be on renewable contract, initially for one year. Further extension will be based on performance assessment. The position caries a monthly pay of Rs 12,000/- + 20% HRA for the first year. No other allowances are admissible.
