• Joint Director - Broadly at the Associate Professor grade/level
• Deputy Director – Broadly at the Asst. Professor grade/level

Essential Qualifications

• First class post-graduation or equivalent in Social Sciences / Management
• A minimum experience of 6 / 3 years for Associate Professor / Asst. Professor level positions

Desirable Qualifications

• A PhD from a reputed university / institution
• A good record of refereed publications
• Experience in work relating to public service delivery, public policy, public administration, governance etc.
