RECRUITMENT OF SUB-INSPECTOR (OVERSEER)

Applications are invited from Male Indian Citizens for filling up 19 posts of SUB-INSPECTOR (OVERSEER) Group ‘B’ in temporary basis likely to be permanent in ITB Police. The posts have all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed by the ITBPF Act and Rules. Last date for receipt of applications is 20th August 2010 (20/08/2010) for all States except for North Eastern States, Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba Distt. of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 27th August 2010 (27/08/2010).

Educational and Professional qualifications

Matric or equivalent with Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central Government.

Application Fee will be Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to OBC category only and no fee will be charged from SC/ST. The candidates should attach the Indian Postal Order or Crossed Bank Draft drawn in the name of ACCOUNTS OFFICER, DIRECTORATE GENERAL, ITB POLICE, NEW DELHI alongwith their application. SC/ST candidates are exempted from application fee.
