(1) Personnel/HR Officer

Qualification: Full time MBA/Post Graduate Degree in HR/ Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/Labour Law from a recognised University/ Institution

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Officer in an Organisation/Bank.

(2) Law Officer

Qualification: Graduate degree in Law 3 Years or 5 years integrated course from a recognised University

Post Qualification Experience: Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of India. Practicing Advocate for minimum 4 years having experience in dealing with Banking/Financial Institutions or 4 years of combined experiences as practicing Advocate/Solicitor or working experience as Law Officer in Legal Department in a scheduled Commercial bank/Financial Institution.
