Experience: 1-2 Years experience in the Inbound call centre workflow management

Qualifications: Graduate

Sr Executive WFM

Experience: 6 Months-1year experience in MIS/WFM

Qualifications: Graduate in any stream

Lead Process Trainer

Experience: 2-4 years experience as a Trainer Travel experience is must

Qualifications: Graduate in any stream

Sr Executive SoftSkills

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate
