The blank application forms may be obtained from The Director, AIISH, Mysore on payment of the prescribed non-refundable application fee of Rs.100/- for General/OBC category and Rs.25/- for SC/ST/PH category in person or by post enclosing by way of DD favouring Director, AIISH, Mysore payable at Mysore along with self-addressed stamped envelope for Rs.25.00 on or before 15.02.2010.
