Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for the post of Registrar of this Institute at a Basic Pay Scale of Rs.16,400-450-20,900-500-22,400; the above scale is likely to be revised.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must have a Master's degree with excellent academic record (First Class or equivalent) throughout.

Experience

At least

(a) 15 years experience as Lecturer/Asst. Professor/Reader/Assoc. Professor/Professor of which 8 years should be in the Asst. Professor's grade (Rs.12,000-18,300 scale) or higher with experience in educational administration, OR

(b) 15 years of comparable experience in R&D establishments or other institutes of higher education, OR

(c) 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar (Rs.12,000-18,300 scale) or an equivalent post.
