(i) Video Editor
(ii) Technical Instructor (Software Programmer)

The National Institute of Design invites applications for the above positions on contract basis.

The candidate for the position of Video Editor should have a Diploma/ PG Diploma from the reputed Film and Television Institute in Video Editing with at least two years relevant experience in editing and composing.

Applications for Technical Instructor (Software Programmer) for New Media Design, the candidate should have a background in Computer Science/IT (BCA/MCA, BE/ME) from a reputed Institute and having minimum two years relevant experience in C, C++, Java, Flash Programming Languages. In addition to these, the candidate should also be willing to learn open source software languages/applications like Processing, Open Frameworks, OpenGL, Blender etc.

Preferable age for the above positions is 25 to 35 years.
