Applications are invited for the following purely temporary post(s) in the UGC project entitled “An Investigation of the role of hydrocarbons (HCs) in ozone formation in ambient atmosphere of Delhi”
Project Fellow : Salary Rs 8,000/- (consolidated)
Essential Qualifications : M.Sc./Ph.D.in Environmental Science/Atmospheric Science.
Desirable Qualifications : Specialization in air pollution modeling/Statistical modeling/Atmospheric chemistry/air pollution chemistry.
Job Requirements : Field monitoring, collection of air pollutants data and preparing suitable statistical model so as to interpret the interdependence among different air pollutants in the atmosphere as well as preparing suitable statistical models to forecast different air pollutants.
The Project is valid for a period of 2 years. The selected candidate will be appointed on purely temporary basis initially for a period of one year or till his service are required by the Project Director or till the validity of the project, whichever is earliest.
