The Institute invites applications from Indian nationals, possessing excellent academic background, commitment to quality teaching, potential for carrying out outstanding research, and an inclination towards institutional development for the faculty positions at the level of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in various disciplines and also for the officers / technical and ministerial staff - Registrar, Dy. Registrar, Office Superintendent, Technical / Library Assistant, Junior Assistant, Technician etc. of the Institute. The Govt. of India's Reservation policy including for age relaxation / concession for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Women shall be applicable to NIT Mizoram. Once selected, the candidate will have to join duty immediately at Mizoram. Interested candidates may apply in prescribed application form, which may be downloaded along with details and general conditions from the web-site www.vnit.ac.in. The completed applications must reach VNIT Nagpur on or before 10th May 2011.
The last date of receiving the application form complete in all respect is 10th May 2011 which shall be addressed to the Director, Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, South Ambazari Road, Nagpur - 440010 (superscribing the name of post on envelope).
