Applications are invited for filling up following temporary project positions purely in project mode in the ICMAM Project Directorate, Chennai, an attached office of the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) initially for a period of one year extendable further based on performance as per details given below:

I. Shoreline Management

1. Project Scientists-I

2. Senior Research Fellow

II. Marine Ecotoxicology

1. Project Scientist-II

III. Ecosystem Modeling including Bio-geochemistry

1. Project Scientist-I

Application should be typed on a thick plain paper in the format given below. It should be supported with a passport size photograph along with attested copies of certificates of educational qualifications, training and experience etc., and the same should be sent to the Project Director, ICMAM Project Directorate, Ministry of Earth Sciences, 2nd Floor, NIOT Campus, Velachery- Tambaram Main Road, Pallikaranai, Chennai 600 100 in a cover superscribed “ Application for Project Scientist/SRF along with Reference Number” so as to reach this Directorate within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News / National dailies whichever is published later. Applications without the certificates and photograph are summarily rejected.
