Typed copy of the bio‐data in the prescribed application form, which can be downloaded from the PFRDA website: www.pfrda.org.in, duly signed, with photograph, attested copies of certificates, testimonials and a demand draft for Rs.500/‐ (non‐refundable) in favour of “Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority” payable at Delhi should reach the PFRDA by 31st January, 2011. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories are exempt from the application fee.
