HT Media are looking for a Competent Manager to Head the Operations of HT Media's Call Centre, HT Seal

Requirements: Candidate should have minimum 8 years of work experience in a BOP leading a sales team or an operations unit. He should be an MBA from a premier Institute. The candidate should have:

Handled a large team

Performed if an environment with monthly targets

A strong process orientation

Knowledge of call centre systems and technology

This job requires someone dynamic who is able to generate fresh ideas and is excited about achieving growth month after month. The position will be based in Noida
