Pay & Allowances: Pay in the Pay Band 4 of ` 37,400-67,000 with a corresponding Grade Pay of ` 9500/- (pre-revised scale: ` 16400-450-20000) plus other allowances and superannuation benefits. The age of superannuation is 60 years. There is provision for campus housing at a nominal rent.

Qualification & Experience: Applicants should be post-graduates in any discipline (10+2+3+2) preferably with a degree or diploma in management OR engineering graduates preferably with degree or diploma in management OR a post-graduate in management from a reputed University/Institute as a full time student. Applicants should have a minimum of 20 years experience as an Officer out of which 10 years experience in senior administrative positions. Candidates working in Government/ Autonomous organizations should have spent at least five years in the pre-revised scale of pay of ` 12000-375-16500 or above. Excellent organizing skills, high performance orientation and ability to make continuous systemic improvements would be preferred attributes.
