Indian Institute of Management Indore, an autonomous institution of excellence was founded by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India in collaboration with Government of Madhya Pradesh in 1996 under Indian Institute of Management Indore Society. During the last 14 years of its existence, IIM, Indore has evolved as a premier institution in management education, research and consulting in the country. IIM Indore has the highest intake of students in its Post-graduate Programme (PGP).
