Education Qualification : MS (Surgery) from a REPUTED MEDICAL COLLEGE/ UNIVERSITY RECOGNIZED by MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA.

Scale of Pay (`) : ` 32900–58000 (Approximate Total Emoluments at min of scale : `60000 pm)

Candidates fulfilling the above criteria may take out a print out of the application form given below and fill up the form in capital letters.
