The prescribed form along with other details like requirement of qualifications etc. can be obtained from the University office on working days in person or by post by sending application to the undersigned along with selfaddressed envelop of size 30 cm.12 cm. affixed with necessary postal stamp along with D.D. of Rs.500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of "Dr. Babasaeb Ambedkar Open University, Ahmedabad". Payment by Money Order or Postal Order will not be accepted. SC/ST candidates should produce a copy of the Caste Certificate. The Candidates already employed should submit their application through proper channel. The application form duly completed in all respect along with necessary enclosures should reach the Registrar, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University, Ahmedabad, at the addressed mentioned above on or before 10-12-2010.

The pay scale & other terms and conditions of employment will be as per University and Government of Gujarat rules. While basic skills and knowledge of computer are essential, the experience of working in the Open Distance Learning System and working knowledge of Gujarati language reading and writing is preferable. The decision of the University shall be final in all respects and shall be binding to all the applicants. The University shall have the right of deciding the method of selection and it shall be binding to all the eligible applicants.
