One Full time Manager and Part time Consultants
1) Manager : for National Consumer Helpline, a fully computerized call center, supported by Ministry of Consumer Affairs.. S/he will be responsible for Management of Helpline, Government and Corporate. Liaison, Finances, Website, Software, Knowledge database, planning and implementing publicity, ability to administer staff. Graduate in any discipline with 10 years relevant experience(incl. IT), Leadership and Communication skills.
2) Consultants : having industry experience in Corporate Customer Service Systems; Quality Management Systems' Certification and Executive Training. Retired/ VRS eligible.
