Aspiring candidates should report to Room-1, IUC, Block-6, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, between 10 am. and 12.30 pm positively on 06/10/2010 (Wednesday). Candidates reporting after 12:30 pm will not be considered under any circumstances.
