Applications are invited for filling up the post of Advisor in the Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi on deputation basis from amongst officers fulfilling the following requirements: -

Pay Scale (Rs.):- PB-4 of Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000/-

Eligibility Conditions:

Officers of the Central/State Govt./PSU’s:-

(i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or
(ii) Officers in the pay scale of Rs. 14300-18300 (pre-revised) with 4 years of regular service in that grade; or
(iii) Group ‘A’ officers having 17 years of regular service in Group A of which at least 4 years shall be in the Selection Grade.

Qualifications & experience: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent and 17 years experience in the field of engineering, preferably telecommunications and electronics

The applications in the prescribed Proforma (Annexure-I) available in the website of TDSAT at www.tdsat.nic.in, from eligible officers who can be spared in the event of their selection may be forwarded to the Registrar, Telecom Disputes Settlement & Appellate Tribunal by 30th November, 2010 along with (a) up-to-date ACR Dossiers of the candidate concerned or photo copies of the annual confidential reports for the last five years: (b) Vigilance Clearance Report clearly indicating that no disciplinary or criminal proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned; (c) Statement showing the minor/major penalties imposed, if any, and (d) Integrity Certificate.
