Applications on prescribed form (in duplicate) from the citizens of India are invited for 04 posts of Medical Physicist (Group A) on adhoc basis in the central pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 with grade pay of Rs.5400.
Application form and the detailed information viz. qualifications, experience, age limit etc can be obtained from the Committee Branch, Kairon Block, PGIMER, Chandigarh personally or on written request accompanied by a self addressed stamped (Rs. 10/-) envelope (27x12cm) alongwith demand draft worth Rs.525/- (Rs.275/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of the Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh payable at State Bank of India, Sector-12 (Code No.1524) as non refundable fee.
The same information and application form can also be downloaded from our website (www.pgimer.nic.in). A demand draft for Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates) should be attached with the application downloaded from our website towards non-refundable application fee.
The number of post may vary.
Incomplete applications and the applications received after due date will be summarily rejected.
