Research & Development: Ph.D / ME / M.Tech in Structural / Mechanical / Naval Architect / Offshore / Electrical & Control / Risk & Reliability Engineering having adequate exposure on current developments in Marine & Offshore sector for carrying out application & fundamental research

Marine Engineers: With first class certificate of competency having experience as Chief Engineer, Additional qualifications & subsequent experience ashore ins shipbuilding & classification will be an added advantage

Naval Architects: Ph.D/ME/BE / B.Tech in Naval Architecture having more than 8 years experience in classification activites / ship design / plan approval / handling new shipbuilding projects / research in shipyard / Indian Navy / Coast Guard

Electrical Engineers: BE / B.Tech with 8 to 12 years experience in Marine electrical systems, control systems, design, inspection & Testing of various electrical equipments as per National and International standards

Quality Assurance: Lead Assessor in QMS with minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in Auditing. Marine background in sailing / shipyard is essential

Trainers: Marine Engineers / Naval Architects / Surveyors from classification societies / shipyards having subsequent experience in teaching at Marine institutes is essential

Safety Manager: Diploma / Degree in Engineering with Occupational Salary & Health / Shipyard supervisor safety courser. About 10 years experience in Marine / Industry / oil & gas / Refinery in Fire & Safety with specialization in safety training. Good knowledge in safety management system / workplace system an health act (WSHA), ISO 9001 and ISO 140001 / OHSAS 18001 systems will be preferred

Retired professional having sound health may be considered on contract basis
