Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Authority Punjab, invites applications for the post of Inclusive Education Resource Teachers (IERTs) for teaching children with special needs in Punjab

(1) Post of Inclusive Education for Resource Teacher (IERT)

No. Of Posts: 82 (* No. of posts may vary as per requirement)

Qualification

1. Should have passed +2 examination or equivalent with a special education degree and/ or AT LEAST one year full time diploma in Special Education from a recognized Institution, in the education of:

a. Hearing impaired or
b. Mentally challenged
c. Visually Impaired

with three year experience as Special Educator in Schools

2. Candidates who possess BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicines) degree with RCI Foundation Course may also

(2) Post of State Special Educator (SSEd)

No. Of Posts: 1* (For Head Office)

Qualification: Should be graduate with a Degree in Special Education or at least one year Diploma in Special Education and having seven years experience as Special Educator in Schools.
