Professional Requirements: The candidate must have a Ph.D or equivalent degree in Food Technology/Biochemical or Bioprocess Engineering or rlated field; knowledge of product and process development and related technologies alongwith having working experience in a food processing unit. He/She must have at least 15 years research experience, be able to interact nationally and internationally

Salary and Allowances: Basic Rs. 80000/- (revised) Allowances and other perks will be as approved norms of Government of India
