Applications are invited for one purely temporary post of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Cancer Biology Laboratory under CSIR funded project entitled “Antiangiogenic Effects and Mechanisms of Acacetin – a Potential Role in Cancer Control”.
Salary: As per CSIR rule
Essential Qualifications: M. Sc. in Biological Sciences with 55% Marks, NET
Desired: (a) Experience in handling of and experimentation with mammalian cell culture. (b) Knowledge about tumor angiogenesis and cell signaling in cancer cells. (c) Publication in the area of cancer biology, if any.
Duration of the project: The project is valid for a period of three years. The selected candidate will be appointed on purely temporary basis initially for a period of one year or till his/her services are required by the project director or till the validity of the project, or whichever is earliest.
